I always return to the sea to think and reflect. “Old habits die hard”

I visited many seafronts. Some have actually been my companion during certain periods of my life. In my childhood and adulthood, the sea was the Mediterranean at Latakia, then later in my thirties the Firth of Clyde of Scotland, and now in my forties the Arabian Gulf, Doha.

Places have changed and the journey is still going on, but every time I visit a seabank I realise that I left my heart in Latakia, Syria. Gazing into the water will only take me there!!

Today I took some photos so you can see through my eyes

Welcome to my world
